How does one pass the time when one is stuck quarantining in hotel rooms for weeks Allow me: 1. Yoga, pilates, neighborly cardio (ie. quiet like a mouuseeeee hoo boy I haven t left this room in over a week I ve cracked it). 2. Ballet. Nothing better for strength training and making muscles long and sore hurts so good. 3. Learning chore. Heels on carpet is a WHOLE other skill. Also lol at the timelapse of me learning a routine. I use massage in my neck to release the fascia that regularly gets tight and sticky in that area.
