Pull up variations: Introducing my basic two arm variations (also for beginners)
Pull up variations: September 7th (recording after OAC training) Here is easiest pull up variations for all, specially for beginners. Decided to do them with 50kg playmate, thats way its looking at least more real. Getting a bit tired at end of video, because still have no skills for edition :D I used these in my starting point, this is good stuff if youre training for weighted two arm maximal pull, chin, if you keep your width of the grip natural (not crazy wide) its working nicely
