Discipline is bad

No hate towards the coach in the beginning, I just do not agree with that point and I might be wrong, but I have a feeling it might be a case of well I m not backtracking now after he said that discipline is a form of self hate. And huge respect to that guy for coming up on stage to talk about something like that in front of an audience
