In the town of Hard Times, a stranger rides in and terrorizes the small settlement and kills a number of townsfolk. The leader of a dying town is too weak to stand up to the brute. So, the few remaining residents will rebuild the town and when the stranger does return, the survivors will have to band together to stop him.
