Salvage Collecting Parson (1947)
Unissued, unused footage dates and locations may be unknown, unclear. Reverend B Peake collects salvage. M, S of the collecting lorry drawn up by the kerb and the parson alighting. He knocks at the door of a house and receives a sack of salvage from a housewife which he dumps onto the lorry. The lorry drives into the paper mills yard with a full load of sacks. The parson removes his coat and helps to empty the sacks and sort through the paper. A playful dog helps him. The loaded lorry drives off.
