Vegan Fitness Model Crissi Carvahlo s IFBB Bikini masters competition day 28th February 2016, follow me for a day of behind the scenes my competition. I had 4 weeks to prep for the IFBB Gold Coast Classicsm which is the qualifier for Arnold Classic s in Melbourne on 18th March I later took out the Arnold Classics Bikini Masters 1st Place Showing what a 42 year old can achieve as a Vegan Hi Carb Bikini competitor in a world of high protein animal consumption and excessive supplementation.
