How to Dougie: Arms 1. Start standing straight, feet close together but not touching. While turning slightly to the right and bending at your waist, bend both arms at the elbow, raising your fists to waist level. Make sure your elbows are pointing outward. Bring both elbows to your sides. Bend your arms again. 2. While bringing both elbows to your sides again, straighten back up. This part of the move is where you re resetting. 3. While turning slightly to the left and bending at your waist, bend both arms at the elbow, raising your fists to waist level. Make sure your elbows are pointing outward. Bring both elbows to your sides. Bend your arms again, then reset. 4. Repeat steps one through three. Legs 1. Do a small jump, landing with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
