FRONT SQUATS: A DIFFERENT KIND OF BEAST
Front Squats back on the menu and I work up to a very comfortable 5 plates a side. Followed by some serious conditioning with the yoke and farmers carry. It was on hell of a session. Good to get some mongrel out.
