Piper Pilot 100 unveiled at Sun n Fun 2019

Piper announces a new, lower cost Archer for flight schools. The Piper Pilot (VFR) starts at 259, 000 and the Pilot 100i (IFR) at 285, 000. Both feature a fuelinjected Continental Aerospace Technologies IO370 Prime engine. Avionics include the new Garmin G3X Touch. Besides the white fuselage with red and blue stripes, one can distinguish a 100 from an Archer because it has only two side windows instead of three.
