Model an Old School 90s Game Boy in Cinema 4d, , The Practice 155
A nostalgic piece this week, we create a 3d model and illustration of Game Boy from the 90s in cinema 4d. We use lots of simple shapes inside of boolean objects to create the model. We pull colors for materials directly from a reference photo using the eyedropper in the materials palette. Then we use a sky object and a HDRi preset to make a fast and easy lighting setup. Lastly we dropped in a screenshot from an old school Zelda game into the screen for a realistic look. The Practice is an improvised record
