King of Fighters 2003 Arcade play as Mukai

Used external cheat codes to play as Mukai in the arcade version of King of Fighters 2003. Read on below for his moves and more This is a demonstration of the boss character Mukai in the arcade version of King of Fighters 2003. He is one of two final bosses in the game. Getting to fight him is dependent on how you finish off Kusanagi on stage 4. I believe you have to kill Kusanagi with either a Desperation Move, a Leader Desperation Move, or the 1st hit of a Charge Attack. If you ve done it
