I made an HF Dipole for free Reception was good on my Air Spy HF+ Discovery SDR
All I needed was some of the wire out of an old electrical cable that was no longer being used. With my free antenna, I picked up signals from thousands of miles away using an Airspy HF+ Discovery Software Defined Radio (SDR). I also used a NooElec 9:1 Balun for the dipole. It wasn t free, but was a frugal 15 USD.
