Time for a new Standing Abs Workout This quick 10 minute ab workout targets the core with a series of standing ab exercises. These moves will not only set those abs on fire but they will also increase mobility, strengthen the hip flexors and challenge your balance I m using light handweights but these are totally optional. Complete one round or make it a longer sweat sesh and complete the entire series 23 times.
