Is this real or just a dream Dr. Edgemar (Roy Brocksmith) and Laurie (Sharon Stone) try to convince Quaid (Arnold Schwarzenegger) that he is not actually on Mars, but rather in an induced dreamstate back on earth. Quaid suspects they are trying to trick him and follows his instincts with explosive consequences.
