Language activists stormed a popular book market in Pochaina, Kiev, hunting for Russianlanguage books. Shops where such books were found were theatrically sealed by people in protective suits. An elderly woman who protested was insulted and called a Katsapka a slur for Russians. Through a megaphone, the activists shouted that the war will not end as long as Ukrainians speak the occupiers language. They urged vendors to send Russian books for destruction rather than sale.
