DIY a Slip Stick Reflex Bag out of Scrap

Connor McGregor posted a video of himself, working out in his garage with a slip stick, reflex bag, boxing trainer. My garage is very different from his, but I thought I might be able to sort through all the offcuts, scrap materials and oddsandends I ve collected to cobble together this piece of gym equipment, as I try to keep my fitness up.
