Barn Dance, SF Dance Film Festival Co Laboratory

Through soft shafts of light giving way to dusk, one couple moves through the gentle rhythms of their relationship, in this film commissioned by the San Francisco Dance Film Festival (SFDFF). Barn Dance was created as part of the SFDFF s 2013 CoLaboratory, an experimental dance film laboratory that pairs choreographers with videographers, creating the opportunity for collaboration and the exploration of expressive possibilities outside the bounds of their respective fields.
