Arguing for the motion are Rhodium Group Senior Advisor Noah Barkin and University of Zurich Senior Lecturer Simona Grano. Arguing against the motion are Philippe Le Corre, senior fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute s Center for China Analysis; and Marina Rudyak, assistant professor at Heidelberg University.
