M, S of a bed balanced on a piece of wood. M, S of men standing in the rubble, the camera pans across the collapsed buildings. Intertitle All wires were destroyed and radio was used for first time for public services. (Note armed guard to prevent M, S of a man sat at a table in the midst of the rubble, there is a radio next to him and he is wearing headphones.
