Whats up guys With this session, I wanted to work reactions and cutback movements From the early progressions, I had the group working on quick hip adjustments that they would normally see from a cutback or cross into the box. It was important to hone in on no wasted movements because that s what s most crucial as you re recovering back to your line to get set and face a close range shot This session was designed for a group of 3, but could easily be manipulated to be for a group of 2, or even 4, 5.
