MKb 42( H) Assault Rifle with ZF 41 scope at RIA

The MKb42(H), or Maschinenkarabiner42 (Haenel), was the first production iteration of the German Sturmgewehr. It was chambered for the thennew 8x33mm kurz cartridge, and fired both semiauto and fullauto from an open bolt. Approximately 11, 000 of these were made before production changed to the closedbolt MP43. This particular MKb42(H) is fully transferable, and up for auction at Rock Island Auctions on September 13th, 2014. Hammer price for this rifle was 130, 000. ht
