Rail inspection car with 4 stroke engine

My friend Loek Proper surpassed himself with this Railinspection car. The start was a Chinese 4 strike engine the M12 which needed a lot of work to deliver the right amount of power to run this railcar, but after many hours of trial and error he got it going.
