Palak Methi Gosht Preparation time : 15 mins Cooking time: 4550 mins Serving :4 pax Ingredients quantity Oil 4 tbsp Bayleaf 2 nos Black cardamom 2 nos Cinnamon stick 2 nos Cloves 46 nos Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black pepper crushed tsp Onion 2 nos Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Mutton 500 gm Salt to taste Tomatoes 2 nos Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder tsp Coriander powder 3 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Water as required Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch Spinach 1 bunch Curd cup Ginger julienne 1 inch + for garnish Green chilli slit 34 nos Lemon nos Ghee 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat a kadhai, add oil, bayleaf, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, cumin seed, crushed black pepper, allow it to splutter. 2. Now add onions and sauté it on low flame until golden brown. 3. Now add ginger garlic paste, and sauté it well for about 23 mins. 4. Now add mutton and mix it well for 23 mins
