How to combine your passions and earn more income

Now, I wanted to start my own and push around my passion forward. Recently, I came up with this idea of styling, designing and opening my own clothing line business. I have interest in Architecture, Film and Men s Fashion. I am really interested in Menswear Design business. I wanted to combine all these things. But problem is, my mind keeps wandering with so many ideas. Since then, I am not been able to focus in one thing and make it a goal to pursue further. I am looking both in terms of my passion and earning more income wise as to make road to success. I would very much appreciate if you could guide me.
