All levels welcome. The class starts with a warmup in tabletop pose with cat, cow, spinal balance core work and a side body stretch. Open up your full body with a standing sequence including high lunge, triangle, reverse triangle, warrior II and extended side angle. Stretch your lower body with poses like threelegged downward facing dog, lizard and half splits. The class ends with seated revolved head to knee, head to knee pose and neck rolls.
