If the metal scene inspired me to pick up the sticks, and the progressive rock scene awe me with its complexity, Zeppelins music and of course John Bonham style showed me how to Groove (with a capital G) in a rock context. The drive behind this track is monstrous and all that on a simple two beat idea that doesnt let up for the entire track. Bonhams kick was of course and huge part of his style and this one is truly one of his masterpieces. Hence why I thought I would do it to see how far I have come since those years. I must admit quite well if I can say so. I wasnt struggling but was having fun
