Putting the windscreen wipers without AUTO button on the lever in fold out position BMW How To

Learn in this video how in the foldout position the windscreen wipers of your BMW can be folded away from the windscreen. Depending on model and market, operation for BMWs without an AUTO button on the side of the lever is as follows: Make sure you are in standby state. Then press and hold the lever down until the wipers stop in an approximately vertical position. The wipers can now be lifted away from the windscreen, for example to replace the wiper blades. Do not forget to fold the wipers fully down onto the windscreen and reactivate the wiper system before your next journey. In standby state, press and hold the wiper lever down again.
