Please know: whatever it is, it will pass and it will get better. And You will feel better. We all have struggled with various situations in our lives, experienced a trauma, used to feeling lost, feeling down, sad or even Hard situations and events affect us differently, but Im sure that none of us would want to feel this way and experience the state of sadness as well as being almost numb because of the emptiness inside. Mental health problems are so important and I believe we need to talk about it more, talk about it freely and not being ashamed of feeling vulnerable. In this video I would like to share with you my personal experience on how to feel better mentally.
