This dish is constructed from multiple layers of mindblowing flavors Freerange lamb shoulder that we slowcooked for 4 hours in the clay pot, on coals. We adeed different dried and fresh spices to the meat and also made an incredible puree from coalbaked sweet potato, parsnip and parsley.
