Heal toe press in downward dog Down dog to up dog (look to both sides) Left foot outside of left hand then rotate the hip and knee both directions Pull the back leg in then straighten front leg for triangle (stack the shoulders) Right foot outside of right hand (repeat as other side) 10 supermans Lower body twist on both sides Walk feet up to hands and do 10 toe touches Drop down to center with legs wide and toes turned slightly inward Walk your hands to the left then twist left arm up
