Ankle Stability for Better Balance Lesson 1: Part 2
This video is an Ankle Stability lesson Part 2 to improve alignment of ankle with knee and hip joints for sturdy balance. The lesson is based on the Feldenkrais Method with Annie Thoe. You can do this lesson before Part 1, but is slightly more advanced. Make sure if you have severe pain or active swelling to check with provider to rule out fracture or broken bone.
