Acadia
A yearlong timelapse project in Acadia National Park by 18 year old Will Greene. Started as a senior exhibition project at Mount Desert Island High School, the film spans four seasons with over 35, 000 images and 36 hours worth of footage, all compressed into 5 minutes. People have been drawn to the rugged coast of Maine throughout history. Awed by its beauty and diversity, early 20thcentury visionaries donated the land that became Acadia National Park. The park is home to many plants and animals, and the tallest mountain on the U. S. Atlantic coast. Today visitors come to Acadia to hike granite peaks, bike historic carriage roads, or relax and enjoy the scenery.
