My bad experience with Emirates Airline, Complaint emirates

I d like to share an absolutely terrible service with Emirates airline which we ve experienced recently. My mother was a passenger on 25, 12, 22 flying from Moscow to Sydney via Dubai and during the boarding she started to feel nervous as it was her first overseas flight. As a result she was kicked off the flight, please, see the video for more details. It was absolutely humiliating experience to her and after several useless letters of complaint I really want to reach Emirates Airline emirates in order to make it right No apologies were ever offered by air company and I don t believe that this represents the values of airline.
