Discours du roi Philippe au Congo : le roi revient sur le passé colonial belge JT RTBF
Le roi Philippe a exprimé ses plus profonds regrets pour les blessures du passé lors dun discours historique tenu à Kinshasa pour sa première visite en république Démocratique du Congo. Face au président Félix Tshisekedi et au peuple congolais, le roi Philippe a reconnu que la Belgique avait instauré un régime colonial basé sur lexploitation et le racisme. Il a évoqué une relation inégale, injustifiable, marquée par le paternalisme, les discriminations et le racisme.
