Welcome to this Restorative Practice devoted to healing our precious lungs Doctor s have been recommending that anyone recovering from Covid lung induced complications should lie on their fronts or sides to keep the back lungs free. So this is an exploration of Pranyama in Asana specifically designed for that. Using blankets, pillows, whatever you have around the house to support you in this interesting journey of how to bring space, ease, lifeforce and loving attention to our back lungs.
