English Vocabulary about Sleep

In this video, I teach English vocabulary and expressions about sleeping. Disclaimer: This video contains what is probably bad sleep advice. In fact, I think its better to sleep at consistent times than try to catch up on sleep. As for naps, I think theyre OK if you don t have trouble getting to sleep at night. If you do, napping during the day can make it harder. Smacking your roommate is also illadvised.
