Grand Duchess Anastasia

Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia (Великая Княжна Анастасия Николаевна Романова) 19011918 was the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and Tsarina Alexandra Fyodorovna. Murdered alongside the rest of her family in 1918 many rumors spread of a possible escape and over the years several women appeared claiming to be Anastasia. In 2008 her remains were firmly identified. She is listed as a saint, a martyr, a passionbearer in the Russian Orthodox Church.
