Full title reads: Blackpool. 10, 000 Guides Scouts greet their beloved Chief, at monster Blackpool, Lancashire. Large parade led by Girl Guides march across field to the music of a marching band. MS of Chief Scout Lord Robert BadenPowell (BP), taking the salute from a podium. More shots of Guides parading. Large group of Boy Scouts let out a cheer and run across the field to gather around the saluting base where BP stands. A group of Sea Scouts form a line to hold the crowd back.
