Welcome to this 15 Minute Morning Stretching Routine to slowly wake up your body and mind. This is the perfect daily morning routine, which provides you with everything you need to feel energized, balanced and ready for the day We start off with a moment of conscious breathing, which aims to bring you into the present moment right away. We move on with well chosen positions that smoothly slide into each other, which makes the whole experience feel like a comfortable and lovely flow. Believe me, this is one of the best ways to start your day and youll feel the difference through out your entire day.
