Sadly, Donna (Donna Wood), sister of Gloria Wood (Kay Kyser s Orchestra) died of a heart ailment on April 8, 1947 at just 29 years old (six days short of her 30th. birthday) and with her passing, the group known as Donna Her Don Juans, faded into history. The Don Juans consisted of : George Jackson, Jimmy O Brien, Eddie James. Other group members included: Art Carney, Gordon McCrae, Charlie Goodman.
