Witness description: I was looking at the sunset from 3rd story balcony and taking pictures and videos. I called my husband to come look. I then noticed 3 objects far away hovering. Not a helicopter or drones. (we see these all the time) no lights and hovering seeming to wobble or slightly change shape. We watched for a while, and they slowly faded away.
