Global National: Jan. 15, 2022, COVID 19 vaccine mandate takes effect for cross border truckers

After an apparent government flipflop and much confusion, tighter rules for truckers are now in effect. Unvaccinated American truckers cannot enter Canada, while unvaccinated Canadian truckers must be tested for COVID19 and quarantine for two weeks. As Abigail Bimman reports, the changes are likely to impact the supply chain and Canadians grocery bills.
