Russian officer and wife attacked in Moscow car bombing

An officer from Russias foreign intelligence agency and his wife were reportedly targeted by a car bomb in Moscow, according to Russias TASS news agency. Several news outlets named Andrei Torgashov and his wife as the two victims of the attack.
