Parallel Lines is the third studio album by the New York group Blondie, released on September 23, 1978. It contains some of the group s most successful songs. It also includes a couple of experimental tracks. In 2003, in a special edition, Rolling Stone magazine ranked the album at number 140 on its list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
