Russia will resume grain deal when Ukraine fulfills promises Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has held a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan. Answering a question from RT about the Black Sea grain deal, Lavrov reiterated Moscows stance that it would implement all aspects of the agreement as soon as assurances made to Russia are fulfilled.
