Garlic and Ginger Shrimp with Rice
Garlic and ginger shrimp with rice was a fast, easy, and delicious dish that I made for lunch. This was just enough for four servings. I used about two pounds of cleaned, deveined, butterflied large shrimp. I used also 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, about 1 inch long thin cut ginger, 23 red chili peppers (sweet or spicy), 1 lime juice, 1, 2 cut of white wine, 1 tsp. brown sugar, cilantro steam (for better flavor and tenderness), about 8 pieces of green onions cut into short pieces, salt, black pepper, and little bit of paprika. It was supper delicious. The texture was smooth and creamy. Give it a try and I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. This dish could also be served with pasta, fried rice, steamed rice, quinoa, etc. Please write a comment if you like the video and subscribe to my channel. I will be posting new videos every week.
