Learn how to make Sirniki in less than 5 minutes with Niki Proshin and Ricardo J Posada In this video you will learn how to make a traditional dish which is popular in Russia and the Slavic countries. It is called Sirniki, or Syrniki (сырники) and it is made of a special cheese called Tvorog (творог). Tvorog is usually translated as cottage cheese, but also farmer s cheese. Note that it is not a wet cheese like western cottage cheese.
