Sofia Coppola talks LOST IN TRANSLATION and THE BEGUILED 2017 LA Film Festival

Sofia Coppola talks about her latest movie, THE BEGUILED, with Film Independent curator Elvis Mitchell during a doublefeature screening event with LOST IN TRANSLATION on June 15. Set during the Civil War, young women art a Southern girls boarding school take in an injured enemy soldier. As they provide refuge and tend to his wounds, the house is taken over with sexual tension and dangerous rivalries. The 2017 LA Film Festival takes place June 1422, headquartered at the ArcLight Cinemas Culver City, with additional screenings at ArcLight Hollywood, ArcLight Santa Monica and more.
