Buoys repairing. Location of events unknown. Boats; ships; nautical; technology. Repairing buoys. 3 Men in small boat on ocean approach an object sticking out of the water; their boat bounces on the waves and it takes them a while to reach it; when they are stopped at the pole; one man starts to climb onto it. CU another crew of men; about 6 of them; work on a lantern in a large cage that bobs around in the sea; some of them are holding it up with a rope as one man climbs onto it and inside the cage to change the light which brings to mind many how many does it take to change the light bulb jokes CU pole and ropes going into water; pan up on buoy; with a pulley connected to it and the wires reaching upwards off screen.
