(27 May 2017) EVA GREEN JOINS ROMAN POLANSKI, EMMANUELLE SEIGNER FOR CANNES PREMIERE OF BASED ON A TRUE STORY Eva Green joined director Roman Polanski and costar Emmanuelle Seigner for the Cannes Film Festival premiere of Based on a True Screening out of competition at the festival, the thriller stars Green as a character known simply as L a deeply mysterious woman who befriends actress Emmanuelle Seigner s writer Delphine. The tale marks Seigner s fifth film with husband Polanski. Based on a novel by Delphine de Vigan, the film also stars Vincent Perez and Alexia Seferoglou.
